Laura Bomgardner

Laura Catherine Snoddy Bomgardner, age 40, a resident of Brandon, MS passed away Tuesday, January 12, 2021. She was a loving wife, mother, daughter, aunt and friend. She was a graduate of the Education Center School of Jackson, MS.  She was born to Reginald Harlan Snoddy, Jr. and Cynthia Morris Manning on May 16, 1980 and was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Reginald and Sara Snoddy as well as her maternal grandparents, James and Jean Craig.

She is survived by her husband, Jeremy Jacob Bomgardner, daughter, Keltie Catherine Fillingame, son, Hastings Keith Brummett and stepson, Jacob Hays Bomgardner.  She is also survived by her father, Reginald Harlan Snoddy Jr., mother, Cynthia Morris Manning, brothers, Harlan and John Snoddy and many nieces and nephews that were dear to her.  Laura Catherine loved nature, music and spending time with her family and friends whom she loved immensely.

Funeral services will be held at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS on Friday, Jan 15, 2021 at 1:00 pm with visitation from 11:00 am to 12:45 pm. Interment will be Sunday, Jan 17, 2021 at 2:00 pm at the Itta Bena Cemetery in Itta Bena, MS.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to a local humane society or a charity of your choice.
