Lee Perry McGlaun, 34, passed away Friday, February 22, 2013. Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00am Monday, February 25, 2013 at Pinelake Church in Brandon. Visitation will be held from 5:00pm until 7:00pm Sunday, February 24, 2013 at Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Brandon and also one hour prior to the service Monday.
Lee spent most of his life in the Reservoir area and graduated from Northwest Rankin High School. He loved music and singing, and played several instruments. He loved to smile and make other people laugh. His two children were the joy of his life. He was a devoted son and loving brother. He loved God and attended Pinelake Church in Brandon, at times singing in the choir. Lee was an outgoing, friendly person and had many, many friends.
Lee was preceded in death by Bobby McGlaun, grandfather and T. W. and Myrtle Nix grandparents.
He is survived by Jakob, son, Marley, daughter, of Brandon and their mother Ashley McGlaun, Joel and Debbie McGlaun, parents, and Erin McGlaun, sister, of Brandon, and Debbie Green, sister, of Pineville, Alabama. He is also survived by Betty McGlaun, grandmother. Aunts and uncles are Randy and Karen, and Mike McGlaun, of Andalusia, Alabama; Donnie Nix and Lois Johnson, of Richmond, Virginia, and Jeff and Donna Stephens of Laurel, Mississippi, and numerous cousins, nephews and nieces.
