Lela Grey

Lela Jo Grey, aged 9 days, passed peacefully in her parents arms on July 4, 2019 at St. Dominic’s Hospital in Jackson, MS.  After being born at 24 weeks and spending time in the NICU, she went to play with Jesus.

Lela Jo is the daughter of Garrett Grey (Grahamsville, NY) and Alexis Grey (Ottawa, OH) who currently reside in Brandon, MS.  She is the granddaughter of Scott and Diana Grey of Grahamsville, NY and Joe and Lisa Benroth of Ottawa, OH.

During her brief time with her parents, she enjoyed being read to and being sang to.  Lela Jo is the answer to her parents’ prayers for a beautiful baby. Garrett and Alexis are proud of her and love her deeply.

Visitation will be held Monday, July 8, 2019, at 5:00pm with a memorial service beginning at 6:00pm.  All arrangements are being held at Ott and Lee Funeral Home at 1360 W. Government Street in Brandon, MS 39042.
