Linda Hall Arnold, 84, passed away Sunday, March 16, 2025, in Jackson, Mississippi.

Visitation will be at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Forest on Thursday, March 20, 2025, from 1:00 to 3:00 pm with a graveside service to follow at 3:30 pm in Ephesus Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mrs. Arnold was born January 29, 1941, in Scott County, Mississippi, to William Parker Hall and Dorothy Rebecca Harrison Hall. She attended Morton High School before graduating from Sebastopol High School. She married Jerry Lee Arnold on November 25, 1959, and together they shared over 65 years of marriage. They moved to Jackson where she worked for many companies as a bookkeeper, including Seale-Lily Ice Cream.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Dorothy Hall; father and stepmother, William and Vivian Hall; and brothers, Hugh Wayne Hall and William Ervin Hall.

Survivors include her husband, Jerry Lee Arnold, Sr.; son, Jerry “Lee” Arnold, Jr.; grandchildren, Jerry Lee “Tripp” Arnold, III and Sarah Noelle Arnold; and sister, Belinda Leggett (Kenneth Curtis).
