Marcus "Shane" Weaver

Marcus Shane Weaver, 48, of Forest passed away on April 13, 2024 peacefully at his home. Visitation will be held Tuesday, April 16, 2024 5-8pm, and again on Wednesday April 17, 2024, 12pm-1pm. His funeral service will be held in Ott and Lee’s chapel at 1pm on Wednesday and will be officiated by Allen Israel. Internment will follow at Antioch-Steele Cemetery.

Mr. Weaver is preceded in death by his parents, Leon & Carol Weaver; his daughter, Tiffany Paige Weaver; his grandmother, Iva Mae Tillman; and a host of aunts and uncles.

He is survived by his wife, Bobbye Weaver; his son, Wyatt Weaver; his sister, Angela Weaver (Neal); aunts, Frances Williams and Lorraine Murphy; Sisters in law, Rochelle Sanford (Jimmy) and Bettye Jones; Brother in law, Doug Jones (Leslie); Nephews, Bobby Lee Sanders and Colt Sanford (Abby); Nieces, Brandi Reid, Lexie Reid, Kellie Reid, and Shellie Reid; and a host of great nieces and nephews.

Serving as pallbearers will be: Lance Sanders, Brandon Yarbrough, Dustin Mckelvain, Lance Porter, JP Lucroy, Gatlin Getford

Honorary pallbearers will be Matt Reid and Lee Wicker.
