Marissa Nanney Russum, 55, daughter of Doris Nanney and the late Wayne Nanney, died in her sleep early Wednesday morning Nov. 9, 2016. Visitation will be held on Thurs. Nov. 10, 2016 from 5pm-8pm at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Forest, MS. Funeral Services are 1pm on Fri. Nov. 11, 2016 at the Ott & Lee Funeral Home Chapel in Forest, MS with burial to follow in the Goodwater Baptist Cemetery in Smith County, MS.
Marissa has been employed with Walmart in Forest, MS for 22 years and was very much loved there. She is survived by her husband, James Steve Russum; mother, Doris Nanney and three sisters, Benita Dansby (Benny), Melinda Brewer and Anne Boyette (Kenny). She is preceded in death by her father, Wayne Nanney and a brother, Kenny Nanney.
