Martha Joyce Cox, 75, passed away Mon. Feb. 20, 2017 at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland, MS. Visitation will be held on Wed. Feb. 22, 2017 from 11am-1:15pm at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS. Graveside Services are 2pm on Wed. Feb. 22, 2017 at Gulde Cemetery in Pelahatchie, MS.
Mrs. Cox was a longtime resident of Brandon, MS and she was a member of the Jackson First Assembly of God Church in Jackson, MS. Mrs. Cox is preceded in death by her husband, Bill Hemby.
She is survived by her three children, Phillip Riddle (Crystal), Penny Thrash (George) and Tracie Norton (Rusty); sister, Sandra Pace; brother, Dwayne Cox; 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Jackson First Assembly of God at 6339 Highway 18 W, Jackson MS 39209-9655.
