Martha Cummings Greenberg Helm, 83, a resident of Brandon, MS passed away Saturday, September 1, 2018 at Select Specialty Hospital in Jackson, MS.  Friends and family are invited to a memorial honoring Martha at the Fox Bay Club House in Brandon, MS, on Saturday, 9/8/18, at 4:00 PM.

Mrs. Helm was born February 22, 1935 to Ellie Vitas Cummings and Ola Ray Horton Cummings. She was married to Sonny Greenberg and the late Larry Helm.

Mrs. Helm enjoyed working as an interior designer for many years before retiring. She loved her family very much and spending time with them brought great joy to her life. She will be missed by all who loved and knew her.

Mrs. Helm was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Helm; parents, Ellie Vitas Cummings and Ola Ray Horton Cummings.

Mrs. Helm is survived by her children, Janie (Ricky) Rayborn of Brandon, MS, LeAnne Perkins of Brandon, MS, Mark Greenberg of Birmingham, AL and Andy Greenberg of Collierville, TN; six grandchildren, Ashleigh Carlson, Megan Carlson, Taylor Carlson, Alana (Chance) Segers, Alex Greenberg and Be′Be′ Rayborn; four great grandchildren and a host of friends.
