Martha Tarrer

Miss Martha May Tarrer, age 79, and a resident of the Badour Center for the last forty years, passed away Monday, March 15, 2021 at the Badour Center in Senatobia.

Graveside services will begin at 11:00 am on Friday morning, March 19, 2021 from the Eastern Cemetery in Forest. Rev. David Slaughter, pastor of Forest United Methodist Church, where she was a longtime member will officiate. Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Forest is in charge of the arrangements.

She is preceded in death by her parents Smith and May Moore Tarrer and one brother in law: Nisan Matlin.

Survivors include her sisters: Vi Matlin of San Luis Obispo, CA and Sallie (Joe) Pace of Knoxville, TN; two nieces Tarrer Pace and Tracy (John) Dutton; two nephews: Kenton Smith and Ashley Pace; her longtime caretaker: Mrs, Hazel Jolly of Coldwater, MS.

The family wishes to express their sincere appreciation to the staff of the Badour Center for their many years of professional service and wonderful care for their loved one.
