Marty Denson

Mr. Marty Denson, age 61 passed away in Jackson, MS on December 7, 2017. Visitation services are held on Monday, December 11, 2017 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm at the Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Morton. Graveside service will be held at the Branch Baptist Church Cemetery on Monday, December 11, 2017 at 1:00 pm with Bro. Gary Wyatt presiding over the service.
Marty or "Moochy" as many called him was born in Forest, MS at the Scott Central Hospital, April 15, 1955 to his parents David Paul and Thelma Simmons Denson. He loved to fishing and hunting along with playing dominoes and checkers. He enjoyed taking care of his parents and loved his family and enjoyed being around them.
He is preceded in death by his parents, David Paul and Thelma Simmons Denson; two brothers, Dallas Denson, and Freddie Denson; and one sister Dorothy McClemore.
He is survived by his sister, Daphine Rainer; and two brothers, Ronnie (Carol) Denson of Orange, TX; and Bennie Scott "Scotty" Denson of Lena, MS.
