Mr. Marvin Lee Denson

Morton, MS

Marvin Denson, age 70, passed away on Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at MS Care Center in Raleigh.  There will be a Memorial Service set at a later date.  Arrangements were entrusted to the care of Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Morton.

Marvin was born in Scott County on July 26, 1952.  He was a avid collector of hot wheel cars and loved watching wrestling and loved watching the women wrestlers especially.  Marvin was very kind hearted and loved helping people.  Every year when he received his income tax check he would donate it to St. Judes Children's Hospital.  He enjoyed cheering for the Saints football team and had a large collection of country music that he listened to.  He will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew him.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Jack Lee Denson and Juanita Kyzer Denson; brother, L.J. Denson.

He is survived by his daughter, Wendy Allen (Johnny) of Lena; twin brother, Marshall Ray Denson of Raleigh, but formerly of Morton; sister, Diane Denson of Morton; niece, Kimberly Denson (Ryan Morgan) of Pearl; a host of other family members and friends.
