Mrs. Mary Holsomback

Mary Evelyn Holsomback age 77, passed away at the MS Care Center in Raleigh, MS May 25, 2017.  Funeral Services were held Saturday May 27, 2017 at 2:00 pm from the Kalem United Methodist Church with Bro. Scott Adcox presiding.  Visitation was held Saturday May 27, 2017 from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm at Kalem United Methodist Church with interment following the services at the church cemetery.
Evelyn was born January 30, 1940 in Union, MS to her parents Reagan and Eliza Nicholine Germany.  She loved her church at Kalem, where she loved fellowshipping and singing.   You did not pass by Ms. Evelyn without getting a hug from her.  She loved crocheting, making crafts and her word search books.  She loved her family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Reagan and Eliza Nicholine Germany; her husband, Tommy E. Holsomback; her grandchild, Heather Macey Jorjanna Holsomback.
She is survived by her children, Rita (Marion) Spears of Philadelphia, MS, Marty (Linda) Holsomback of Crossroads, and Tonya (David McBeth) McLemore of Lena, MS; her sister, Tommie (John-deceased) Arnold of Hernando, MS; her brother, Doyle (Nell) Germany of Lucedale, MS; five grandchildren, Crystal (Michael) Germany, Jessalyn Holsomback, Nicolas (Holly) Parker, Triston (Kaitlyn) Parker, Jami McLemore; two great grandchildren, Taylor Germany and Emerson Parker; several nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
Serving as pallbearers are Nic Parker, Triston Parker, Michael Germany, Tony Winters, Zack Turner.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Ott and Lee Funeral Home of Morton.
