Mary Lloyd Horn, age 67, died Wednesday December 21, 2011 in Forest following an extended illness.
Graveside services were conducted at 2pm Friday December 23, 2011 from the Harperville Memorial Park. Rev. Paul McDonald officiated the service.
Mrs. Horn was born on November 10, 1944 in Newton County to Lloyd Overstreet and Mildred W. Jones Overstreet. Her parents preceded her in death.
She was a lifelong resident of Forest, a homemaker, and a member of the Harperville United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Horn is survived by her husband, Curtis Horn of Forest, four children, Irvin Curtis Horn, Jr. of Jackson, Mark Eric Horn of Gibbstown, Stephen Brian Horn who is currently serving in the United States Army, and Shawn Gregory Horn of Tuscaloosa, AL. She is also survived by one sister, Carolyn Shelton of Maggie Valley, N.C. and six grandchildren.
