Mary Ann McNeer

Mary Ann McNeer, 83, passed away on Fri. Aug. 11, 2023, at Lakland Nursing and Rehab Center in Jackson, MS. Visitation will be held on Thurs. Aug. 17, 2023 from 12pm-1pm at Bluff Springs Church located at 684 Bluff Springs Church Rd. Eupora, MS 39744. Funeral Services are 1pm on Thurs. Aug. 17, 2023, at Bluff Springs Church with burial to follow in the Bluff Springs Cemetery. Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS is handling arrangements.

Mrs. McNeer was born in Webster County, MS on March 7, 1940, to the late Troy Cooper and Sammie Hood Cooper.

She is survived by her two children, John Boyer (Tina) and James Milton Boyer (Jo Beth); two grandchildren, Kyle Boyer (Christine), Janay Boyer and a host of nieces and nephews. Mrs. McNeer is also preceded in death by her husband, Alex “Pete” McNeer and a sister, Martha Brown.

The family would like to give a special thank you to the staff of Stay Home Hospice and Lakeland Nursing and Rehab Center for their care and support of Mrs. McNeer.
