SERVICES: 2 PM GRAVESIDE WEDNESDAY AT LAKEWOOD MEMORIAL PARK
VISIT: 6-8 PM TUESDAY AND 10-12NOON WEDNESDAY AT OTT AND LEE FUNERAL HOME IN BRANDON
Mary Rebecca “Becky” Evans Milner, age 76, went to sleep Monday, October 31, 2011 and woke up in heaven to be with her Jesus and her husband, James. Visitation is 6-8 pm Tuesday and 10-12noon Wednesday at Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Brandon with graveside services at 2 pm Wednesday at Lakewood Memorial Park in Jackson.
Becky had worked as a floral designer for Wither’s Florist for 25 years. Even though she was a shut in for several years and then in the nursing home, she still enjoyed making flowers for the nursing home and herself. Becky was a devoted Christian and member of First Baptist Church in Pearl. She was a member of the Audrey Sunday School Class for as long as she was able to attend.
Becky had a special love for her family. She was preceded in death by her husband, James of 45 years; parents, Major and Bernice Evans; brothers, Irvin Evans and B. F. Evans. She will greatly missed by her family and friends. Survivors include her daughter, Mary Jo Milner; son, James Gary Milner and granddaughter, Dwana Nicole Milner, all of Pearl.
