Mary Winters

December 12, 1932 — January 30, 2013

Mary Alma Winters, 80, a resident of Morton died Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at the MS Care Center of Morton. Funeral services will be held 2 pm Friday, February 1, 2013 at Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Morton with burial in the Morton Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held 4-9 pm Thursday, January 31, 2013 and 12-2 pm Friday, February 01, 2013 at the funeral home. Rev. Norman Sanders and Rev. Joey Griffin will officiate the services. Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Morton will be in charge of arrangements.
 
Mrs. Winters was a native of Sunflower Co.  She was the daughter of Joe Ellis and Cleo Neese Tucker. She was married to Joe S. Winters. Mrs. Winters was a homemaker. She enjoyed the outdoors working with her flowers, gardening, putting together puzzles, talking about old times, Sunday dinners and she enjoyed music and good singing. She loved her family and spending time with them brought great joy to her life. She will be missed by all who loved and knew her.
 
Mrs. Winters was preceded in death by her husband, Joe S. Winters, daughter, Alma Jean Goss, son, Ricky Winters, parents, Joe Ellis and Cleo Neese Tucker, brothers, Carl and Shine Tucker and sister, Annie Ruth Moore.
 
Mrs. Winters is survived by her children, Wilma Dale Faircloth, Tenia Hall, Tammy Jo Winters, Tony Lyod Winters, Virginia Winters, Jamie Winters and Joany Winters; sisters, Arcola Watkins and Iona Parkman; brothers, William and Joe Tucker; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.
 
Serving as pallbearers will be Joey Hall, Robby Faircloth, Will Allen, Lamar Goss, Raymond Hall, Ricky Eakes,  Curtis Lipford and Randall Goss.
