Maudie Hardy

Maudie Lee Morrison Hardy, age 97, a resident of Brandon, MS passed away Thursday, September 3, 2020 at Brandon Court in Brandon, MS. A graveside service was held at 12:00 pm Saturday, September 5, 2020 at Floral Hills Memory Gardens in Pearl, MS.

Mrs. Hardy was born June 23, 1923 in Rankin County to Robert Morrison and Willie North Morrison. She was married to Malcolm Hardy. She was a member of Park Place Baptist Church in Pearl, MS. Mrs. Hardy loved taking care of her family. She will be missed by all who loved and knew her.

Mrs. Hardy was preceded in death by her husband, Malcolm Hardy; parents, Robert Morrison and Willie North Morrison and her siblings.

Mrs. Hardy is survived by her children, James C. (Lois) Hardy, Jack L. (Sandi) Hardy and Donna Hardy (John) Weaver; grandchildren, Stephanie Hardy (Michael) Boyles, Mark (Ashley) Hardy, Kevin Hardy and Brittany Hardy; great grandchildren, Malcolm Hardy and Tatum Hardy; several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
