Melda Ware
October 18, 1939 — January 2, 2018
Melda Kay Ware, age 78 of Brandon, went to be with her Lord and Saviour on Tuesday, January 2, 2018.
She attended Eastside Baptist Church, loved to bowl and take care of her family. She worked at Whitley’s Florist in Jackson for many years.
She was preceded in death by her son Delaney Ray Ware.
Melda is survived by her husband, Walter Ray Ware of Brandon; children, Walter Kevin Ware of Washington, Mark Franklin Ware and wife Lisa of Brandon, and Marsha Kay Eldridge of Flowood; sister, Theresa Bowens; nine grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, numerous other relatives and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be Thursday, January 4, 2017 at 3PM from Ott and Lee Funeral Home, Brandon.
The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service at the funeral home.
