Melissa Faye Reid, age 38, a resident of Forest passed away suddenly Saturday November 20, 2010 in Vicksburg.
Funeral services were conducted at 11am Tuesday November 23, 2010 from the Ott & Lee Chapel in Forest with interment in the Homewood Methodist Cemetery. Rev. James Mitchell and Rev. Reggie Tatum officiated the services.
Visitation was held from 5pm to 8 pm Monday November 22, 2010 at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Forest.
Melissa is survived by her father Maylon (Debbie) Reid of Forest, her mother Faye Coward (Roy) of Morton and brother Irby Marler-Reid of Morton.
She was member of the Homewood United Methodist Church, and will be missed greatly by her family and all who knew her.
Pallbearers were Mike Gibson, Jeffery Lovett, Johnny Cox, Justin Russell, Al Cannon, Lee Reid. And Honorary pallbearer was Angela Bufkin Sims.
Ott & Lee Funeral Home of Forest was in charge of arrangements.
