Mildred Todd Gill, age 85, was born in Madisonville, Texas, the only child of Homer Irving Todd and Audrey Alex Todd; and passed away January 21, 2018, at Hospice Ministries, with her loving family close, as she valiantly battled Vascular Dementia.

She was a longtime member of Journey of Faith Church (formerly Johns Baptist Church), in Johns, MS, where she served many years as the church's pianist. As a teacher, she positively influenced the minds and lives of innumerable children. As a Godly wife and mother, she was always the epitome of a lady. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Gill, and infant granddaughter, Callie Noel Courtney. She is survived by her two daughters, Cynthia McCoy and husband John; and Traci Kendrick and husband Kenny. She left five (5) grandchildren, Jennifer McCoy Jackson, Kenneth Kendrick, Jessica Kendrick, Clay Kendrick, and Mary Caroline Kendrick, and many great grandchildren, to cherish the memories of their beloved "Nana." She will be remembered by her extended family and numerous friends for her kindness, generosity, and gentle spirit.
