Visitation will be on Saturday, February 8, 2025, from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm. A graveside service will follow at Lakewood South Memorial Park in Jackson at 3:00 pm.
Mrs. Ainsworth was born July 11, 1927, in Oak Grove, Louisiana, to Robert Troy Jones and L. E. Peacock Jones. She married Bidwell A. (B.A.) Ainsworth on July 3, 1947, and together they moved to Jackson, Mississippi, and had two daughters.

She enjoyed gardening and growing her own food, and she and her husband were members of Christway Church of God in Flowood before her health made it difficult for her to attend.
Mrs. Ainsworth is preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 61 years, Bidwell A. (B.A.) Ainsworth; brothers, Rossie Jones and Travis O. Jones; and sister, Modenia Jones. She is survived by her daughters, Charlene Duncan (Charles) and Elizabeth Hawthorne (Kenneth); sister, Aline Haley; grandchildren, Jesse Ray Duncan, Charla Denise Dailey, and Jeremy Ray Hawthorne; and great grandchildren, Hannah and Ethan Duncan and Dakota, Austin, and Evan Dailey.
