Minnie Jane Holley, 82, a resident of Polkville died Friday, November 2, 2012 at her home. Funeral services will be held 11 am Sunday, Novermber 4, 2012 at Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Morton with burial in the Piney Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be held 4-8 pm at the funeral home. Rev. Barron Price will officiate the services. Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Morton will be in charge of arrangements.Mrs. Holley was a native of Kentucky but a longtime resident of Polkville. She was the daughter of Eli Rogers and Matilda Cane. She was married Maurice Wayne Holley. Mrs. Holley loved her church family and enjoyed the services at Polkville United Pentecostal Church. She loved her family very much and spending time with them brouhgt great joy to her life. She will be missed by all who loved and knew her.Mrs. Holley was preceded in death by her parents, Eli Rogers and Matilda Cane, her husband, Maurice Wayne Holley, her daughter, Mae Belle Collins, brothers, Donald B. Rogers and Curly Rogers, and her grandson, Rodney Darrell Atkins.Mrs. Holley is survived by her son, Cecil E. Collins; daughter, Dorothy Taylor; 5 brothers and 4 sisters; 6 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews cousins and a host of friends.
