Mischelle Reid

Susan Mischelle Reid, age 62, a resident of Brandon, MS passed away Monday, February 1, 2021 at St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson, MS. A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Mrs. Reid was born March 23, 1958 in Carrollton County, MS to Lee Alderman and Mary Martha Randall Marshall. She was married to Carl Reid. Mrs. Reid was a homemaker and loved taking care of those around here. She was a proud member of the Woofstock pit crew, a local organization promoting responsible pet ownership. She loved her family very much and spending time with them brought great joy to her life. She will be missed by everyone that knew and loved her.

Mrs. Reid was preceded in death by her parents, S.R. Marshall and Mary Martha Randall Marshall and Lee Alderman her biological father.

Mrs. Reid is survived by her husband of 21 years, Carl Reid; children, Brittney Martin, Clovis (Hannah) Martin, III, Cameron Reid, Emily (Clint) Woods and Austin Reid; brothers, Steve (Sharron) Alderman and Sherrill Ray (Butch) Marshall; sister, Pamela (John) Leach; grandchildren, Levi Martin, McKenzie Grace Johnson, Archer Martin, Shepard Martin, Ava Carson, Easton Woods,  1 on the way, London Rhodes Morgan and; many nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
