Mrs. Linda Bell

Mrs. Linda Bell, age 76, passed away on Friday, August 20, 2021 surrounded by her family.  Visitation will be held 10:30am-12:00pm on Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at Springhill Cemetery.  Graveside service will be held at 12 with burial to follow.  Arrangements were entrusted to the care of Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Forest.

Mrs. Bell was born in Deeson, MS on September 5, 1944.  She loved being outdoors working with her roses and working in the yard.  Linda enjoyed going camping and fishing with her late husband, Billy Joe Bell.  She loved playing games on the computer and reading books.  Her family and grandchildren always put a big smile on her face, she loved them so much.   She will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew her.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Billy Joe Bell; parents, John Gray and  Susan Gordon Gray; 2 children, Baby Boy Bell and Timothy Joe Bell; brothers, J.C. Gray, Sonny Gray and Timothy Gray; sisters, Ruby Gray Holloway, Margaret Gray and Joyce Ann Taylor; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Irene and Ed Rock.

She is survived by her children, Billie Sue Guy (R.G) of Pulaski, Teresa Lynn Batte (Virgil David) of Forest, Bessie Diane Sistrunk (Mark) of Harperville, Roy Eugene Bell (Brandi) of Lake and Gail Bell Reid (Ricky) of Lake; brother, Thurman Gray of Clarksdale; 11 grandchildren, Ricky Glen Guy (Brittany), Steven Gerald Guy (Delana), Eric Anthony Batte (Amanda Havard), Kayla Sistrunk, Gina Montgomery (Timmy), Tricia Sanders (Andrew), Scotty Bell, Cody Bell (Alissa), Tyler Bell, Meagan Nicole Reid (Kyle Havard) and Kirkland Matthew Reid (Claire Lindsey); 20 great grandchildren; best friends, Sam and Gail Havard and a host of other family and friends.

Pallbearers will be Kirkland Reid, Tyler Bell, Cody Bell, Eric Batte, Bryant Watts and Austin Page.  Honorary pallbearers will be Virgil David Batte, Ricky Reid, Steven Guy and Mark Sistrunk.
