Nancy Peterson

Nancy Craig Peterson, 77, a resident of Clinton, MS passed away Thursday, October 24, 2019 at University Medical Center in Jackson, MS. A Holy Mass was held at 11 am Saturday, October 26, 2019 at Holy Savior Catholic Church in Clinton, MS. Visitation will be held 10-11 am Saturday at the church.

Mrs. Peterson was a proud native of Dundee, Scotland. She was the daughter of Henrietta Doherty Craig. She was married to Gerald Peterson. Mrs. Peterson will be remembered by her family as a Jokester, an avid Gardner, Good with money, a loving dog owner and Proud of her Scottish heritage. She loved her family very much and spending time with them brought great joy to her life. She will be missed by all who loved and knew her.

Mrs. Peterson was preceded in death by her mother, Henrietta Craig and her sisters, Joyce Craig and Patricia Craig.

Mrs. Peterson is survived by her husband of 53 years, Gerald “Jerry” Peterson; sons, Jeffrey Peterson, Scott Peterson, and William Peterson; grandchildren, Cage Peterson and Ally Peterson and her sister, Margaret Ledbetter (Clifford)

Memorials may be made to Saint Jude Children’s Hospital, Batson Children’s Hospital, Alzheimer’s Association and Shriner’s Hospital.
