On Sunday, May 9, 2021, Mrs. Nina Ruth Langley 90, received her angel wings surrounded by her loving family, she passed away at MS Care Center in Morton, MS.  Visitation will be 5-8pm Tuesday, May 11, 2021, at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS.  Services will be at 12 Noon Wednesday in the chapel of the funeral home with visitation starting at 10am prior.  Burial will follow Brandon Memorial Gardens.  Rev. John Vaughn will officiate the service.

Mrs. Langley was born on February 7,1931 in Collins, MS to Jesse Manning and Mildred Davenport Manning. She moved to Brandon, MS in 1962.  She loved sewing, having her nails painted and spending time with her family. She was a loving Mother, Granny, and Great Granny to many.  She was always there to drink coffee, gossip, cry or whatever you needed for to her to be!!

Survivors include her children, Brenda Westbrook of Pelahatchie, MS, Sandra Watson of Vicksburg, MS, and Jeff Langley of Brandon, MS; sister, Patricia Martin of CA; brother, Jack Manning of Heidelberg, MS. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren and her special loves Merci Rae and R.J.  Mrs. Langley was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Langley; parents, Jessie Manning and Mildred Davenport Manning; and two sons, Kenneth Langley and Jerry Langley.
