Ollen Graham Brown, Brandon, MS
Ollen Graham Brown, 85, passed away Fri. March 9, 2012 at his home in Brandon. Visitation will be held Mon. March 12, 2012 from 5pm.-8pm. at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon. Funeral Services are 10am. Tues. March 13, 2012 at the funeral home with burial to follow in the Floral Hills Memory Gardens in Pearl, MS.
Mr. Brown was born in Leake County, MS and has lived in the Brandon area since 1959. He was a member of the Walker Hill Baptist Church in Brandon, MS where he served as a deacon for several years and was also the interim music minister. Mr. Brown was an ordained minister and was very involved with the Gateway Missions for over 20 years and he also loved gardening. Mr. Brown served his country with the Merchant Marines during WWII. He is preceded in death by his first wife, Lillie Faye Brown.
Mr. Brown in survived by his wife, Francine Brown of Brandon; his children, Sandra Varner of Brandon, Patricia Slade of Brandon, Mike Brown of Montgomery, AL, Steve Brown of Collierville, TN, Roger Brown of Brandon and Patrick Brown of Braxton; two sisters, Mary Armstrong of MS and Frances Barrett of South Carolina; four brothers, Aubrey Brown of MS, Sam Brown of GA, Walter Brown of FL and Ken Brown of MS; twelve grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Walker Hill Baptist Church.
