Oscar Bilbro, Jr.

Oscar Darvil Bilbro, Jr., age 73, of Pearl, MS passed away Saturday, November 20, 2021, at Mississippi Care Center of Morton. Visitation will be held from 12:00 pm-1:30 pm at Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm at Leesburg Baptist Church Cemetery in Leesburg, MS.

Mr. Bilbro was born March 6, 1948, in Morton, MS to Oscar Darvil Bilbro, Sr. and Elizabeth Ann Stewart Hudkins. He was married to Elizabeth Ann Robertson Bilbro. Mr. Bilbro worked for Siemens as a material handler many years before retiring. He enjoyed fishing and taking trips with his grandson, Austin. He also enjoyed woodworking in his shop. Mr. Bilbro loved his family very much and spending time with them brought great joy to his life. He will be missed by all who loved and knew him.

Mr. Bilbro was preceded in death by his parents, Oscar Darvil Bilbro, Sr. and Elizabeth Ann Stewart Hudkins; his sister, Donna Faye Till; grandparents, Oscar Henry (Ruth) Bilbro and Cliff (Ola) Stewart.

Mr. Bilbro is survived by his wife of 50 years, Elizabeth Ann Robertson Bilbro; son, Gregory (Angela) Bilbro; grandson, Austin Darvil Bilbro; sister, Gay Bilbro Searcy; brothers, Michael Bilbro and Mark (Lucy) Bilbro; sister-in-law, Linda (Ralph) Burroughs and Debbie (Mark) Haskins; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
