Pamela Jean Tucker, 51, died suddenly Wed. Mar. 8, 2017 in Montgomery, LA. Funeral Services will be held at 2pm on Sat. Mar. 11, 2017 at the Ott & Lee Funeral Home Chapel in Brandon, MS with visitation beginning at 1pm. Interment will follow the services at Crestview Memorial Gardens in Brandon, MS.
Pam was born in Meridian, MS to Walter and Mary Ruth Tucker. She graduated from Brandon High School and Hinds Community College. Pam became good friends with Ms. Sharon Howell and when Ms. Howell needed help raising two young grandsons they moved to Montgomery, LA where Ms. Howell had some family property. The grandsons, Jarred and Ashton, quickly grew to love Pam. They became loving members of her family, and to quote the boys, she became “their second mother”, and Walter and Mary Ruth became their grandparents, and Ginger became their aunt. She was also an avid fan of the New Orleans Saints.
Pam is survived by her parents, Walter and Mary Ruth Tucker of Brandon, MS and sister, Ginger Lynn Tucker of Jackson, MS.
