Patricia Davis

Mrs. Patricia Davis, age 84, a resident of Forest passed away on Saturday, March 26, 2022 at MS. Care Center in Raleigh.  Visitation will be held 5-8pm Thursday, March 31, 2022 at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Forest and on Friday from 10am-11am at the funeral home.  Services will be held 11am Friday, April 1, 2022 from the Ott & Lee Chapel in Forest with Bro. Christopher Cooper officiating.  Burial will be in Pleasant Ridge Baptist Cemetery.  Arrangements were entrusted to the care of Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Forest.

Mrs. Davis was born in Perry County on May 24, 1937.  She loved cooking, traveling and being with her family and friends.  Mrs. Patricia will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew her.

She is preceded in death by her parents Ellis H. Odom and Gladys Nicholson Odom; son, Thomas Ellis Touchstone; brothers, Narvel, Henry, Edward & Kenneth Odom; sister, Barbara Dykes.

She is survived by her children, Gwen VanEtten (Doug) of Forest, Jim Touchstone (Mary) of Rincon, GA and Kenny Touchstone of Richton, MS; siblings, Jenny Jolly (Pete) of Richton & Jessie Odom (Dolores) of Richton; 10 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; numerous nieces, newphews and a host of friends.

Pallbearers will be Kenneth Touchstone, Jeffery Touchstone, Christopher VanEtten, Jesse VanEtten, Drew Smith and Colton Gibbs.  Honorary pallbearer will be Rhece VanEtten.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to American Cancer Society or Alzheimer’s Association.

The family would like to thank MS Care Center of Raleigh and Home Care Hospice, the nurses and staff for loving and taking care of our Mother.
