Patricia Ann Perkins, 71, passed away Thurs. Dec. 29, 2011 at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland, MS. Private funeral services will be held by the family at a later date. Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS handled arrangements.
Mrs. Perkins was born March 18, 1940 in Philadelphia, PA to the late Fred and Ethel Hansberry. She was a loving mother, grandmother, friend and mentor.
She is survived by her husband, Glen Perkins; sons, Michael, Terry, and Jody Perkins; daughter, Sharon Groover; two grandchildren, Stephanie Perkins and Mathew Groover all of Pearl; two great-grandchildren, Isabelle and Harold Perkins; sisters, Judy Wilson of Philadelphia, PA and Linda Panicilli; and two brothers, David and Freddie Hansberry of Philadelphia, PA.
