Mrs. Pauline Beatty, age 91, and a resident of Morton passed away on Monday, October 17, 2016 at the MS Care Center.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10 am on Wednesday, October 19, 2016 from the Polkville Pentecostal Church. Interment will be in the Cooperville Baptist Cemetery under the direction of Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Morton.
Visitation will be from 5 pm - 9 pm Tuesday, October 18, 2016 at the church.
Raising hot pepper in her garden and loving her dogs were two things that brought great joy to her. Mrs. Beatty was a member of the Raleigh Pentecostal Church.
She was preceded in death by two daughters: Barbara Smith Miller and Teresa Beatty; one granddaughter: Sandra Reeves; and her parents: Exodus and Minnie Puckett Beatty.
Survivors include her son: Alburn Beatty of Morton; three grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and one sister: Annie Rae Steadman of Cooperville.
