Funeral services for Mrs. Peggy Ann Breedlove Barnes will be conducted on Sunday afternoon, December 14, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. from the Ott & Lee Funeral Home Chapel in Forest with Bro. Clayborn Huff, Bro. David McLaurin, and Bro. Robert Fortenberry officiating. Burial will follow in the Lorena Baptist Church Cemetery under the direction of Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Forest.

Visitation will be Sunday from 10:00 A.M. until 1:45 P.M. prior to the funeral service at the funeral home.

Mrs. Barnes, age 62, a resident of Pulaski passed away Friday, December 12, 2014 in Smith County. She was a native of Neshoba County, born September 27, 1952, one of three children, to John Marion and Lodena Sistrunk Breedlove. Peggy Ann enjoyed reading and loved her family, especially her grandchildren. She will be remembered for her selfless character, always caring and giving to others. She was a Baptist by faith and affiliated with Christian Life Fellowship at Lemon.

She is preceded in death by her parents, and one brother: Johnny Glenn Breedlove.

She is survived by her husband of over 28 years: William Anthony “Tony” Barnes of Pulaski; her children: Jeffrey Lynn Harrell of Mendenhall; Jackie Michael Harrell of Brandon; Jason Scott Harrell of Ft. Smith, AR; William Christopher Barnes of Pulaski; Taffery Kimberly Barnes of Ellisville; Dianne Frances Barnes of Baton Rouge, LA; and Brent Allen Barnes, her 1st grandchild, whom she raised; thirteen grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; her brother: Dwayne Breedlove of Dixon; her father and mother-in-law: Bill and Shirley Barnes of Pulaski; her-sister-in-law: David and Dianne McLaurin of Walnut Grove; and her brother-in-law: Roger and Sandra Barnes of Pulaski; and a host of nieces and nephews.
