Phil Foster, 61, passed away Monday, May 7, 2012 at Mississippi Baptist Medical Center in Jackson. Visitation will be held Thursday, May 10, 2012 from 5:00pm until 8:00pm at Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Brandon.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Bennie Gene and Lucile Holden Foster.He was a dedicated family man as well as an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed combining the two as often as possible through hunting, fishing, and camping.
He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Wanda Foster; daughter, Carey Robinson and husband Rex; son, Clay Foster; brother, Wayne Foster; three grandchildren, Ian, Cole, and Jenna Robinson; and two nephews, Rock Foster and Waye Foster.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Blair E. Batson Children’s Hospital, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, or to the American Cancer Society.
