Prentiss Moore

Prentiss Wayne Moore, age 70 a resident of Pulaski died Tuesday October 3, 2018 following a brief illness.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2pm  Saturday October 5, 2018 from the Ott & Lee Funeral Home Chapel in Forest with interment to follow in the Mt. Zion Cemetery in Smith County.  Visitation will be held from 5pm to 8pm Friday October 5, 2018 at Ott &  Lee Funeral Home in Forest.

He was preceded in death by his father, Otha Wayne Moore.

Mr. Moore was born on January 6, 1948 in Smith County. He was a member of Homewood United Methodist Church.   He was a self-employed farmer.  He enjoyed the outdoors, being with friends and family.

Survivors include his wife, Linda Moore of Pulaski, his mother Julia Sorey  of  Louin, 2 children Misty Smith (Daniel Scott) and Brandy Harrell (Larry) all of Pulaski. He also leaves behind 1 brother, Kirby Moore of Homewood  and a legacy of 7 grandchildren.

Pallbearers are Brian Blackwell, Daniel Scott, Greg Barnes, Harvey Baxter and Cody Guy.

Honorary pallbearers are Gary Barnes, Wilburn T. Weldon, Jr. David Earl Goodson and Brandon Emmons.
