Rachelle Esco

Rachelle “Shelly” Ann Esco, 25, of Brandon, MS, passed away on Thursday, December 26, 2019.

Shelly was born August 30, 1994 in College Station, Texas.  She was raised most of her life in Brandon, Mississippi by her father James Esco and Stacy Esco.  Shelly attended North Shore Elementary and graduated high school from University Christian where she enjoyed cheering on the football and basketball teams. Shelly worked as a Patient Coordinator at Carter Sledge Family Dentistry where she enjoyed interacting with patients and learning all she could about dentistry.

On February 16, 2017 Shelly and partner, Jacob Cobb were blessed with a son, Ezekiel “Zeke” Ray Cobb.

Shelly was passionate about art and photography.  She especially loved taking photos of her pride and joy, Zeke. Shelly also enjoyed all things related to “fun in the sun”. She loved spending time with her family on vacation, going to concerts, and cheering on the LSU Tigers with Jacob and the Florida State Seminoles with her Father, Jimmy.

Shelly is survived by her partner; Jacob Cobb; her son Zeke Cobb; her parents Jimmy and Stacy Esco, of Brandon; her brother, Kody Esco; her maternal Grandmother, Patty Jensen; her maternal Grandfather, Richard Jensen; her Uncle, Bobby (Trisha) Jensen; Uncle Richard “Ricky” Esco;  Cousins Amy, Amanda, Madison, and Elly; , half brother, John Adam Berend; half sister Jamie Berend; and birth mother Sondra Craig.  Shelly was preceded in death by her Grandfather Phil Esco and Grandmother Barbara “Gaga” Esco.

Funeral Services will be held at 10am, Monday, December 30, 2019 at Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS. Reverend Steve Parten will be officiating. Burial Services will follow at Lakeland Place Garden Park Cemetery in Brandon, Mississippi. The family will greet friends on Sunday, December 29, 2019 at Ott And Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, Mississippi from 2pm to 5pm.
