Randel Ford

Randel P. Ford, age 76, a resident of Jackson, MS passed away in his home peacefully on May 25, 2021. A memorial service will be held 12 noon Saturday, May 29, 2021, at Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS. Visitation will be held from 10:00 am-12:00 pm Saturday at the funeral home.

Mr. Ford was born September 6, 1944, to James and Lula Ford. He was a Vietnam veteran who served his country proudly. He was an avid outdoorsman. He loved to fish, spend time with family and friends. His humor was his greatest trait, making people laugh is what he enjoyed most. He came from a large family of eight brothers and sisters. He will be missed by all who loved and knew him.

Mr. Ford was preceded in death by his parents, James and Lula Ford; sister, Libby Overby and brother, Danny Ford.

Mr. Ford is survived by his wife, Dianne Ford; children, James Ford, Shane (Mary) Ford; grandchildren, Damian Ford and Amy Atkinson; brothers, Hershal Ford, John Robert Ford, Victor Ford and Tommy Ford; sisters, Gloria Greason and  Zephyphia Smith; and a host of friends.
