Randy was a lifelong resident of Richland, MS. He was an avid painting contractor of 30 yrs.
He is preceded in death by his grandmother Hazel Johnson, grandfather Marvin Blackwell and stepfather Artis E. Sessums.
Mr. Padgett leaves behind a loving family of three children, daughters, Chantelle L. Padgett, Destiny C. Padgett, son Sebastian E. Padgett, grandson Malachi D Watson, and the love of his life, his first wife, Brandy L Hoover, all of Morton, MS. Mother Rose C Sessums of Prentiss, MS. Brothers, Van P Padgett of Richland, MS and Troy E Padgett of Baltimore, MD. and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
