Services are 11am Wednesday in the chapel of the funeral home. Burial will be at Crestview Memorial Gardens in Brandon, MS.
Mrs. Leach was born in Iuka, MS in April 14, 1934 to Eskar and Sophia Holland. Her family lived in several states when Reba was young, but settled in Booneville, MS and she always considered Booneville as home. She is the last surviving member of her family, preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Shirley Mae Parker, Donald Ray Holland, Billie Faye Holland and Bobby Kaye Holland.
She loved cooking, serving others and entertaining. She loved bowling and bowled in many championship tournaments. Reba taught her children to love and serve others by example as the family was always taking people in and taking children from the children’s home to Vacation Bible School, helping anyone who needed a hand without ever expecting or wanting anything in return. She instilled a work ethic in her children that was also leading by example as she continued to work part-time until December of last year.
She is survived by her husband, Johnny Leach; three daughters, Karla Littleton (Lloyd), Michelle Young (Randell) and Dianne Harmon (Ray); two sons, John Shell Leach (Brenda) and Greg Leach; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
