Reba Mae Moore Tullos, 72, a resident of Brandon died Thursday, July 21, 2011 at Franklin Memorial Hospital in Meadville, MS. Visitation was held 5-8 pm Friday, July 22, 2011 and 11 am-2 pm Saturday at Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Morton. Funeral services were held 2 pm Saturday, July 23, 2011 at the funeral home. Rev Paul Smith officiated the services. Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Morton was in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Tullos was a native of Rankin Co. She was the daughter of Robert Ervin and Zelma Ruth Huffman Moore. She worked in the Health Care Industry for many years at MS State Hospital in Whitfield. Mrs. Tullos was of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed spending time with her family and with her grandchildren whom she delighted in. She will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew her.
Mrs. Tullos was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Ervin and Zelma Ruth Huffman Moore, daughter, Joy Tullos, grandsons, Steven Watkins and David Toney, and her brothers, Elvin Moore, Jack Moore, and Cletus Moore.
Mrs. Tullos is survived by her husband, Thomas W. Tullos of Pearl River, LA; daughters, Debbie Tullos of Pearl River, LA and Lisa (Earl) Carpenter of Sturgis, MS; and David W. (Karen) Tullos of Brandon; 7 grandchildren, Eric Watkins, John Paul Gober, Keith Hamilton, Chris Hamilton, Jason Tullos, Carmen Davine Tullos and Haley Brook Tullos; 5 great grandchildren, Mandy Hamilton, Kaleb Hamilton, Chloe Hamilton, Brayden Tullos and Victoria Tullos; nephews, Charles Moore, Joe Moore and James Moore; cousins and a host of friends.
Serving as pallbearers were, Jason Tullos, Keith Hamilton and Eric Watkins.
