Ricky Dan Smith, age 68 of Brandon, passed away on Friday, March 15, 2024. He was born in Texas to the late Daron Smith and Dale Patterson Smith. He was preceded in death by his parents, and grandmother Helen Tedford. He is survived by his wife Sarah L. Roberts Smith; children Corey (Christy) Smith and Nick Smith; step-children Mary (Roy) Upchurch, Shane (Anna) Roberts, Derrick Roberts, and Talmadge (Evie) Roberts; grandchildren Nolan and Liam; aunt Evelyn O'Conner; cousins Chuck O'Connor and Sandra Buford Romind; a host of other relatives and friends.
