Robert Boykin

Robert G. Boykin, 61, a resident of Forest, passed away Friday, January 24th 2025 at Lackey Memorial Hospital. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 28 at Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Forest from 9-11am, with funeral services beginning at 11am in the chapel. Burial will follow at Leaf River Baptist Church Cemetery in Louin, MS. There will be no graveside service. 

Mr. Boykin has been a resident of Forest, MS since 2021 when he moved from Texas, and he was employed at Tyson Foods. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mrs. Alice Mitchell Boykin. He is survived by his loving wife, Mrs. Felicia Newby Boykin of Forest; his father, Mr. Tommy Boykin of Forest; two sons, Lane Hutchinson (Ashley) of Tupelo, and Adam Boykin (Mindy) of Willow Park, Tx; one brother, Jeff Boykin of Forest; and seven precious grandchildren.
