Robert Brasfield, 73, passed away on Sunday, April 5, 2015. Visitation will be 4-7pm Friday, April 10, 2015 at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon. Services will be 11am Saturday in the chapel of the funeral home with visitation starting at 10am. A family graveside will be at Mississippi Veterans Cemetery on Monday, April 13, 2015.
Robert leaves behind the love of his life, Linda; son, Joseph and wife Carman; two grandchildren, Johnathon and Matthew; sisters, Kay Patrick (Rex) and Brenda Clark (Randy); two step children and two step grandchildren. He was a Vietnam Veteran and a true lover of his country. He had two favorite sayings, “America is for Americans” and “When I’m gone there are only a few left like me”.
