Robert Larry Fulton, 68, passed away Wed. Oct. 29, 2014 at the UMMC hospital in Jackson, MS. Visitation will be on Sun. Nov. 2, 2014 from 2pm-4pm at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS and from 1pm-2pm on Mon. Nov. 3, 2014 at Pinelake Church in Brandon, MS. Funeral Service will be 2pm on Mon. Nov. 3, 2014 at Pinelake Church in Brandon, MS with burial in the Jessamine Cemetery in Ridgland, MS.
Mr. Fulton was born in Union, MS and was a longtime resident of Brandon, MS. He was a member of Pinelake Church in Brandon, MS where he was a member of Rev. Gene and Dorothy Henderson’s Bible Study. Mr. Fulton retired from Eaton Corporation and was currently employed as an auditor for USA Pawn. Mr. Fulton was a volunteer with the Mississippi Tea Party, he enjoyed Enduro motorcycling, playing tennis, and was an avid fan of SEC Football and Basketball.
Mr. Fulton is survived by his wife, Cherry Fulton; two sons, Nick Fulton (Michelle) and Tony Fulton; two grandchildren, Nicholas Fulton and Miranda Fulton; sister, Debby Fulton; aunt, Nell Bradford and an uncle, Jerry Watkins. He is preceded in death by his mother, Martha Flowers; father, John Robert Griggs and a brother, Rick Fulton.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the C. J. Stewart Foundation (cjstewart.org) or the Mississippi Toughest Kids Foundation (MTK) at P.O. Box 520 Crystal Springs, MS 39059. The land that is now MTK is where Larry’s Enduro group know as Turkey Creek used to ride.
