Robert Patrick McConlogue

Robert Patrick McConlogue, 60, passed away on Thurs. July 13, 2023, at his home in Madison, MS. Visitation will be held on Wed. July 19, 2023 from 11:30am-2pm at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS. A memorial service will be held at 2pm on Wed. July 19, 2023, at the Ott & Lee Funeral Home Chapel in Brandon, MS.

Mr. McConlogue was born on March 13, 1963, to the late Joseph & Regina McConlogue. He was a former resident of Havertown and Downingtown, PA but has been a resident of Madison, MS since 2012. His professional career included over twenty years with Campbell Soup Company in Camden, NJ, followed by over ten years at Vertex Aerosopace in Mississippi, always in IT roles leading systems and applications. 

Rob’s perfectionist nature made him a natural at woodworking or repairing anything that needed fixing.  He was a master at Sudoku, an avid student of banjo and guitar, and a dedicated Philadelphia Phillies fan.

He is survived by his wife, Karen McConlogue; three sisters, Mary Skorupa (John), Karen Goodwin (Michael) and Jeanie Williams; three brothers, Joe McConlogue (Kathy), Kevin McConlogue (Liz Anne) and David McConlogue (Megan); mother-in-law, Helen Storment; 23 nieces and nephews including 4 godchildren:  Billy McConlogue, Meghan McConlogue, Lexi Williams, Casey McConlogue and many great nieces and great nephews. He is also survived by three dogs who adored him:  Murphy, Ferghus, and Kinsey. 

Mr. McConlogue was a strong supporter of the American Cancer Society, the SPCA, and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
