Robert Carl Pinter, 61, a resident of Harperville, MS North of Forest died Saturday, September 24, 2016 at home. There will be a memorial service at 5:30 pm Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at Damascus Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery in Sebastopol, MS. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Forest, MS.
Mr. Pinter was born on February 22, 1955 to L.B. Pinter and Rosie Ozeale Wolverton Pinter. He worked over 40 years in the construction industry as a carpenter. He was Baptist by Faith. He loved his family very much and spending time with them brought great joy to his life. He will be missed by all who loved and knew him.
Mr. Pinter was preceded in death by his parents, L.B. Pinter and Rosie Ozeale Wolverton Pinter; brothers, Billy, Jimmy, James and Kenneth Pinter; sister, Rosaline Clark.
Mr. Pinter is survived by his, significant other, Reba Batchelor; children, Melissa Pinter, Michael Ried, Jesse Batchelor, Amber Graham (Jeremy), Curtis Pinter, James Pinter, Rachel Tatum (Thomas), Sarah Pinter; brother, Jerry Pinter; sisters, Glenda Mason (Henry) and Sherry Reid (Jerry); fifteen grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
