Roger Easterling

Roger Dale Easterling, 64, a resident of Morton, passed away at his home surround by his family. Visitation will be on Saturday at Polkville Pentecostal Church from 5pm to 8pm and Sunday from 10am till 11:45 am; service will follow at the church at 12pm.

Mr. Easterling was born February 13, 1954 to Douglas Easterling and Ruby Nell Purvis Easterling. He was married to Mary Finch Easterling. He worked as a Poultry Farmer many years before retiring. He was a member of Polkville United Pentecostal Church.  Mr. Easterling was an avid hunter and fisherman who enjoyed the outdoors and working in his garden. He loved his family, especially his grandchildren and spending time with them brought great joy to his life. He will be missed by all who loved and knew him.

Preceded in death is his son, Brian Dale Easterling; parents, Douglas and Ruby Nell Easterling.

Survivors: wife, Mary Finch Easterling, one daughter, Melissa and Marshall Presley; grandson Dylan Cole Presley; granddaughter, Starr Presley; sister, Judy Sholar; brother, Larry Easterling; many other family members and a host of friends.
