Roger Travis Prall, 36, passed away on Sunday, July 3, 2011 at Crossgates River Oaks Hospital in Brandon. Visitation is 5 until 8 pm Wednesday, July 6, 2011 at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon. Services are 10am Thursday, July 7 in the chapel of the funeral home with burial in New Brandon Cemetery.
Travis graduated in 1993 from Brandon High School and was a member of First Baptist Church in Brandon. He was very loving of his family, especially his son, who he adored and was very kind hearted and giving to his friends. Travis always had a smile for everyone.
He was a huge Mississippi State fan and loved the Dallas Cowboys and NASCAR. Travis worked for RPA Marketing, Inc. for the past 15 years in sales as sales manager.
Survivors to cherish his memories are his wife, Robyn Prall of Brandon; son, Jaxon Chaney Prall of Brandon; parents, Roger and Vicky Prall of Flowood; nephews, Dylan, Ryan and Ethan Rhodes, whom he loved spending time with; mother-in-law, Norma Chaney and father-in-law, Robert Chaney both of Pearl; and he will be remembered by a number of cousins. He was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Lawrence Robert and Grace Jacobs and paternal grandparents, Dorothy Embry and John A. Prall.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Diabetes Foundation of Mississippi, 800 Avery Blvd, Suite 100, Ridgeland, MS 39157.
