Roy L. Welch, 83, passed away on Wednesday, August 15, 2012 at VA Medical Center in Jackson, MS. Graveside services are 10 AM Monday at Cedar Lawn Cemetery in Jackson, MS
He is survived by his daughter, Debbie Fulton (Bobby) of Brandon and son, David Peden (Lisa) of Brandon; 5 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife, Frances Merle Welch and 4 brothers and 1 sister.
