Funeral services for Mrs. Ruth Risher Tadlock, age 96, a resident of Morton are scheduled for 2pm Monday November 1, 2010 from the Ott & Lee Chapel in Forest with interment to follow in the Homewood Methodist Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 4pm to 8pm Sunday October 31, 2010 at the funeral home, and again Monday November 1, 2010 from 10am to 1:45pm at the funeral home.
Rev. Jerry Barnes, Rev. Earl Clark and Rev. Eugene Banes will officiate the services.
Mrs. Tadlock was preceded in death by her husband Waldo Woodard Tadlock, and her
Parents Edward Risher and Pearl Liles Risher.
She was a lifelong resident of the Homewood community, and a member of the Homewood United Methodist Church. Mrs. Tadlock passed away Saturday October 30, 2010 at the Mississippi Care Center in Morton following an extended illness.
Her survivors include three daughters, Linda Risher (Bryant), Patsy Hollingsworth (David) both of Morton, Betty Haney (Larry) of Brandon, four sons, Waldo Tadlock (Catherine) of Morton, Ralph Tadlock (Jean) of Pearl, Baker Tadlock (Faye) of Madison, and Joe Tadlock of Forest. A legacy of twelve grandchildren, and twenty-two great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
